Educational Initiatives
CERAH has been delivering interprofessional education in Northwestern Ontario since 1993 in healthy aging, palliative care and geriatric mental health.
CERAH Principles of Education (CCAIR)
Collaborative
- education planned and delivered in partnership with local and regional service providers

- development of interprofessional experts to be local resource people
- providing ongoing consultation and educational materials

- education delivered centrally (Thunder Bay), onsite in agencies throughout Northwestern Ontario, and via telehealth
