Cancellation Policy

In the event that you must cancel your 2018 Conference registration, CERAH must receive written notice of cancellation by mail, fax or email. Requests should be submitted to:

Cancellation Requests Received:

- On or before October 3, 2018 - Full refund minus a $25 administration fee

- Between October 3 & October 17, 2018 - 50% refund minus a $25 administration fee

- On or after October 17, 2018 - No refund

Please note that there is no charge for transferring a registration to another person. If your registration fee was paid by credit card, the card will be credited.  If your registration was paid by cheque or money order, you will receive a refund cheque in the mail.
