DESCRIPTION:About Continuing the Journey:\nThis 6-hour workshop is intermediate-level and a continuation of the concepts discussed in the Palliative Care for Frontline Workers in Indigenous Communities workshops. \nWho:\nHealth & social care providers working in Ontario who have already completed Palliative Care for Frontline Workers in Indigenous Communities. \nHow:\nVirtual delivery (Zoom platform)\, completed over two\, 3-hour sessions \nDates & Times:\nDecember 2\, 9\, 2025 | 10:00 AM – 1:00 PM (both dates)\nRegistration Deadline: November 21\, 2025 \n  \nRegister HERE\nSpots are limited. This training is designed as an active learning experience.
