DESCRIPTION:In partnership with the North West Regional Palliative Care Program\, and Indigenous Services Canada\, First Nations & Inuit Health – Ontario region\, Lakehead University’s Centre for Education and Research on Aging & Health (CERAH) is pleased to offer education for registered healthcare providers in Northwestern Ontario at no cost.\nAbout LEAP Core:\n\nPallium Canada’s LEAP Core is a 14-hour\, in-depth course* covering key palliative care competencies\, enhanced with culturally relevant concepts and resources. \n*Certified by the CFPC.
