DESCRIPTION:Lakehead University’s Centre for Education and Research on Aging & Health (CERAH) is pleased to offer in-person* education to health and social care providers who are supporting community caregivers.\nAbout:\nThis 7-hour course introduces key palliative care concepts\, tools\, and resources from the Walking Alongside Indigenous Peoples who are Seriously Ill curriculum.
