DESCRIPTION:In partnership with Indigenous Services Canada (ISC)\, First Nations & Inuit Health Branch—Ontario region\, Lakehead University’s Centre for Education and Research on Aging & Health (CERAH) is pleased to offer palliative care education for Indigenous Communities in Ontario.\nAbout LEAP™ Core:\n\nPallium Canada’s LEAP™ Core is a 14-hour\, advanced course* covering key palliative care competencies\, enhanced with culturally relevant concepts and resources designed by CERAH.  \n*Certified by the CFPC.
