  • Describe what is being done currently in rural Northwestern Ontario in relation to palliative care in long term care
  • Identify frequently used orders and availability of medications at all times (symptom management kit)
  • Discuss input and feedback into staff education and comfort levels
  • Identify possible next steps for improving palliative care in the long term care setting
