This session will explore health care consent (HCC) and how health care providers can engage in advance care planning (ACP) conversations with their patients. The focus of this educational event is to provide health care providers with practical skills that can  directly improve quality of care. We will be engaging participants through an exciting game of Jeopardy! with prizes for participants.
