General Information

The Centre for Education and Research on Aging & Health (CERAH), Lakehead University, is pleased to offer our Summit in a different format this year to make it as accessible as possible. The Summit is FREE and sessions will be recorded and accessible by password to registered participants for up to 30 days after the event (December 24, 2022). Sessions take place every Thursday, in November, for four consecutive weeks.

Individual registration is required for ALL sessions you will attend. If you wish to have access to all session recordings, please register for all sessions. 

Please note: the final portion of Dr. Tan’s presentation is exclusively for physicians and nurse practitioners.

ACCREDITATION & CERTIFICATES:

This one-credit-per-hour group learning program meets the certification criteria of the College of Family Physicians of Canada and has been certified by the Continuing Education and Professional Development Office at NOSM University for up to 6 Mainpro+ credit(s). 

This is an accredited group learning activity that provides up to 6 hours of Continuing Education.

Certificates will be issued electronically within 10 days of the final Summit presentation to the email address provided on your registration. Please note that you are only eligible for a certificate when attending the live session(s).
