* Students must provide proof of full-time enrolment to receive the student rate. “Student” refers to any individual who is currently enrolled in an academic program or who has graduated from a program within the past two years.
** Hospice volunteers must register through their volunteer organization to receive the volunteer rate.
*** Exhibitor Delegate Registration includes all plenaries and concurrent sessions. If you do not want to register for the full conference, please proceed to Exhibitor-Only Pass registration. Both the Exhibitor Delegate Registration and Exhibitor-Only Passes are only valid with the purchase of a booth/exhibitor space (you can find rates in our Prospectus).
Registration for North West Behavioural Support Ontario (NW BSO) Employees will be available on July 1st, 2025.
