About Continuing the Journey:

This 6-hour workshop is intermediate-level and a continuation of the concepts discussed in the Palliative Care for Frontline Workers in Indigenous Communities workshops.

All registration fees are fully sponsored by Indigenous Services Canada (ISC), First Nations & Inuit Health Branch – Ontario region.

Who:

Health & social care providers working in Ontario who have already completed Palliative Care for Frontline Workers in Indigenous Communities.

How:

Virtual delivery (Zoom platform), completed over two, 3-hour sessions

September 9, 16, 2025 | 10:00 AM – 1:00 PM (both dates)
