Lutheran Community Care Centre

The Lutheran Community Care Centre offers their Pastoral Care Program for one-to-one counselling, group counselling and phone support. These services are for seniors who are in a long-term care facility with a Lutheran affiliation. Services are provided by individuals trained in grief & bereavement support. Thunder Bay 55 Plus Centre

The 55 Plus Centre offers non-denominational counselling and support related to grief & loss every second Friday from 1:30 pm – 3:30 pm. There is also one-to-one counselling and a Caregiver Support Group that meets on the third Wednesday of each month. A referral can be made for any of these programs by calling the Support Services Program at (807) 684-3471.
