Services for Special Populations

Elevate NWO

Elevate offers one-to-one support from case workers and outreach workers who have experience with grief & loss. These services are for existing clients of the HIV or HEP C care programs and are integrated into the services provided based on need (there is no separate grief/bereavement programming). Lutheran Community Care Centre

Lutheran Community Care offers Street Reach Ministries that provide one-to-one or phone support. They are provided by a compassionate, theologically trained chaplain at the drop-in centre.
