Building Connections in the North: CERAH Heads to Yellowknife

In January, members of the CERAH team were invited to Yellowknife, Northwest Territories to facilitate a Palliative Care for Frontline Workers in Indigenous Communities workshop and a Palliative Care Community Capacity Development workshop, supporting local learning and community-led approaches to palliative care.

We are grateful for the opportunity to learn alongside communities and strengthen relationships across the country.
