CERAH Speaker Series – Transforming Pediatric Palliative Care: Improving Access and Enhancing Quality Care for Indigenous Communities

Join Kira Goodman, Project Director of Canada’s Pediatric Palliative Care Alliance, & Dr. Dave Lysecki, Head of Pediatric Palliative Medicine at McMaster University as they:

  • Identify the components of high-quality pediatric palliative care and the unique challenges faced in delivering across diverse settings.
  • Consider practices for the evaluation of holistic pediatric palliative care provision with a continuous quality improvement lens.
  • Describe Canada’s Pediatric Palliative Care Alliance and explore opportunities for collaboration to improve access to pediatric palliative care, particularly in rural, remote and indigenous communities.
