In partnership with Indigenous Services Canada Health and Social Services Sector and Health Canada, Lakehead University’s Centre for Education and Research on Aging & Health (CERAH) is pleased to offer palliative care education for health and social care providers serving Indigenous Communities in Canada.

This workshop is the second of a two-part series that provides enhanced education on the palliative approach to care.
Considered intermediate-level and a continuation of the concepts discussed in Beginning the Journey.
Who:
Health & social care providers working in Ontario who have already completed Beginning the Journey.
How:
Virtual delivery (Zoom platform), completed over two, 3-hour sessions
