In partnership with Indigenous Services Canada (ISC), First Nations & Inuit Health Branch—Ontario region, Lakehead University’s Centre for Education and Research on Aging & Health (CERAH) is pleased to offer palliative care education for Indigenous Communities in Ontario.
About LEAP™ Core:
Pallium Canada’s LEAP™ Core is a 14-hour, advanced course* covering key palliative care competencies, enhanced with culturally relevant concepts and resources designed by CERAH.
*Certified by the CFPC. Claim up to 28.0 Mainpro+ credits
Who:
Registered health & social care providers in Ontario who care for Indigenous individuals with a serious illness.
A travel grant to support partial travel reimbursement is available.

In-person; delivered over 3 consecutive days (14 hours total)
