
LEAP Core Training for Indigenous Communities – Sioux Lookout

In partnership with the North West Regional Palliative Care Program, and Indigenous Services Canada, First Nations & Inuit Health – Ontario region, Lakehead University’s Centre for Education and Research on Aging & Health (CERAH) is pleased to offer education for registered healthcare providers in Northwestern Ontario at no cost.
About LEAP Core:
Pallium Canada’s LEAP Core is a 14-hour, in-depth course* covering key palliative care competencies, enhanced with culturally relevant concepts and resources.
*Certified by the CFPC. Claim up to 28.0 Mainpro+ credits
All registration fees are fully sponsored by the North West Regional Palliative Care Program, St. Joseph’s Care Group.

Registered health & social care providers working in Northwestern Ontario who care for Indigenous individuals with a life-limiting illness.
