Time: 8:30 am – 5:30 pm ET (Breakfast is served at 8:00 am)
Target Audience: Any registered health care professional (e.g. physicians, nurses, pharmacists, social workers, home care nurses, etc.) working in Northwestern Ontario.
Fees: None. This course is being hosted in collaboration with the North West Regional Palliative Care Program, St. Joseph’s Care Group (registration fee is typically between $175 – $425)
Breakfast (served at 8:00 am), lunch & nutrition breaks are provided
NOTE: Before you register, please ensure you have enough time to complete 3 pre-course activities (approximately 1-2 hours of work) prior to the course. Once you have registered with CERAH, you will be provided with a course enrollment key to begin the prerequisite activities in Pallium Canada’s learning management system.
