Join us for the 2024 North West Geriatric Care Conference: Adapting to Change and Complexity in Older Adult Care, hosted by North West Behavioural Supports Ontario (NW BSO), St. Joseph’s Care Group, and the Centre for Education and Research on Aging & Health (CERAH). Together, along with North West Health Service Providers and Health Care Professionals, we strive to enhance quality of life for older adults through person-centered care, education, and system coordination.
Hear from a combination of researchers, educators, and practitioners in the field, and take advantage of opportunities to discuss, share knowledge, and exchange ideas with others. Collaboratively, we can explore innovative practices and collaborative solutions to better support older adults in NWO.
This conference will be held at the Superior Inn in Thunder Bay and will be available in-person only. There will not be a virtual option.
