The palliative care philosophy supports patients and their loved ones throughout their grief journeys.  With November 21st, 2017 marking the first annual Bereavement Day in Canada, we invite you to join us for this session where presenters will discuss various grief and bereavement resources in our region.

Learning Objectives:

1) Exploration of different types of grief people will experience such as complicated, disenfranchised and anticipatory grief. 

2) Participants will gain knowledge of the grief and bereavement resources available in our region.
